This unique workout will get your body moving and sweating while fostering a sense of inner peace and connection. Perfect for all fitness levels. No prior dance experience required. Set to uplifting Polynesian music and drum beats, you'll leave feeling stronger, energized, centered, and rejuvenated. Wear workout clothes and bring water!
