Kahi Loa Sessions
1:1 Sessions
Kahi Loa is a type of energy work where the practitioner uses their hands to mirror the elements and kingdoms found in nature. Kahi Loa may be translated to mean "oneness through sacred energy" or "moving or flowing of life/energy". Kahi Loa is very fluid, just like hula.
It is an ancient form of vibrational energy movement and is a wonderful relaxing, energizing, and gentle modality. With roots in Polynesia, it was developed into a healing system by Serge Kahili King, Ph.D. in the 1980s.

Sessions -
The modality is hands-on and sometimes guided meditations and/or tools from nature (i.e., seashells, plant leaves, and/or aromas) may be incorporated. Everything within a personalized session mirrors the elements and kingdoms of nature, creating a fluid sensory experience. Sessions help to facilitate a deeper connection within and to the wisdom of your heart.
Typically sessions begin by discussing your concerns and desired outcomes such as if the session is for overall wellness or will focus on a particular theme or area.
Kahi Loa is done fully clothed, without the use of oils, and is a wonderful relaxing, energizing, and gentle modality.
The session closes with time for a discussion on the experience between us and suggestions to follow up with at home.

First session is 90 minutes ($144)
Follow-up sessions may be 75 minutes ($111) or 90 minutes ($144)
