Beginner friendly! Slower choreographies and less cardio focus than the regular series or hula studies classes - just graceful movements to keep us active and learning.
Great class for those just getting back into a fitness routine at any age and for 55+ ladies. This class is also suitable for those that need to remain seated - as hula is all about the hands/arm motions.
At some locations this may be called Senior Hula,
Silver Hula, Slow Hula, or Kūpuna (respected elder) hula.
45–60-minute classes depending upon venue
