The recommended path to exploring hula with Amanda is to attend a 90-minute intro to hula workshop or the Polynesian Dance Cardio 60-minute class. The workshops and dance fitness classes are FUN events in the area, and you'll experience what hula is, and how Amanda teaches. These opportunities are great for single drop-ins and those wanting to try hula or learn a little more about what hula is. Hula on the beach is another great drop-in opportunity with the perks of being outdoors in a beautiful setting. New to the Fall 2025 schedule is a 45-minute Hula Lite class which is also suitable for drop-ins. The focus of this class is a much slower pace for those just getting back into a fitness routine and for 55+ community.
The hula series gives you the opportunity to explore hula a little more without committing to the monthly program. Also, the hula series are frequently offered as special events at other venues in the greater area on request.
